Behind the scenes, there is an experienced, talented team, ensuring your buying experience is easy, efficient and value for money.

We work hard to ensure parts are as easy to find as possible, with parts being listed in type categories, by brand and also, in the thousands of interactive machine diagrams on the website. All to help you find and select the correct parts for your individual machine.

With thousands of parts in stock and working directly with manufacturers to get out of stock parts in as soon as possible, we aim to dispatch most orders within 3-4 days, with many orders being dispatched the same day as ordering.

Shaun Cooper

With over thirty five years’ experience in this industry, Shaun has a great deal of knowledge that he wishes to share with you. He spends a lot of time making sure that the site has the best collection of spare parts on sale, ready for you to buy. And if your part is not on the site, just let him know and he will try to get hold of it for you.

Colin Pebworth

With over 25 years of experience in the garden machinery trade, I’ve worked extensively in both retail and trade sectors, developing a comprehensive understanding of the industry. During this time, I’ve enjoyed significant roles with distributors and manufacturers, developing a broad skill set and deep industry knowledge.

Working in positions such as Parts Director, Head of Customer Care, and Technical Support, I’ve been blessed to have worked with some of the leading brands and people in the industry, receiving manufacturer training from companies such as AL-KO, Briggs & Stratton, EMAK, John Deere, Husqvarna, (achieving the Master Service Technician accreditation with Briggs & Stratton).

Interests include: I enjoy cycling, both on and off road. Quite like the odd run, (knees and lungs allowing). Family cinema trips, and a crafty beer or two with mates, whilst listening to Simply Red.

Jonathan Harrison

I have worked in the garden machinery industry for over 20 years and began working with Shaun and the DiY Spare Parts Team, during the pandemic, in 2020. We are a close-knit team that have all worked with each other previously over the years and it is great to have the team back together as it were.

I have experience of using machines in a commercial environment, selling them in what was one of the largest retail showrooms in the UK and of problem monitoring and resolution, as Technical Support Supervisor for a global manufacturer of garden machinery.

Always happy to assist if you need help finding a drawing or an individual part, or have a problem with an order that needs resolving.

Interests include: I enjoy rugby (watching, as opposed to playing these days!) and follow Exeter Chiefs; darts (more practice required); whittling (I whittles what I sees) and walking, especially in Pembrokeshire with my wife and our miniature schnauzer, Buddy and in particular, when those walks end up with a good pint and a Sunday roast!

Andy Woodhams

I have now worked in the Garden Machinery industry for 30 years, the dealership I worked for then undertook a huge expansion and very soon became one of the industries largest trade distributors supplying machinery and spares parts throughout the UK.

So during that time I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience with many of the well known brands in the industry.

In 2021 I joined the Vision Spares support team to help out with the huge online spare parts enquires and helping and advising retail customers to enable them to repair their own machinery at home. The whole team here are dedicated to passing on their knowledge and the focus is to be your one stop shop

Interests include: Outside of work I really enjoy being able to spend time with my wife & our family and to be outdoors and relax, whether it be in the countryside, down by the beach or in the garden, enjoying the fresh air and scenery.
